Are you ready to lead the way in accessible events?

New for 2025, the Accessible Events Show is the UK’s only dedicated event focused on accessibility and inclusion in event planning and delivery.

Taking place on at The Drum, Wembley, London, this one-day event is designed for event organisers, agencies, and in-house teams who want to create events that are inclusive, impactful, and future-ready.

Hosted by Shani Dhanda, one of the UK’s most influential disabled people and a leading changemaker, the event will feature expert-led panels, an inclusive exhibitor showcase, an accessible venue showcase and practical guidance to help you embed accessibility into every stage of your event planning process.

The Accessible Events Show is proudly organised by Attendable, MyClearText and Shani Dhanda.

However, Wembley Central Station is step-free from street to platform, but not from platform to train.

    • Step-free access: step-free access throughout all public areas.
    • Accessible toilets: accessible toilets are available on both the ground and first floors (where the event takes place). The ground floor facilities include a Changing Places toilet.
    • Live captions: all main stage sessions include live human captioning provided by MyClearText, also known as Communication Access Real-Time (CART) Captions.
    • British Sign Language (BSL): interpretation will be provided.
